Job Summary
Own store operations, lead a team of 8–15 employees across all shifts, and perform frontline duties including running registers, stocking, cleaning, and managing fuel pumps. Recruit, hire, and train new staff while coaching for excellent service and active upselling. Manage inventory, vendor orders, and deliveries; handle all banking and cash deposits requiring a valid driver's license and insurance. Control expenses and labor hours to achieve sales goals, execute company programs, and maintain safety and food standards. Work days with availability for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays to cover unexpected call-outs. Minimum 45 hours weekly; base hourly wage plus performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Open availability with the ability to work any shift as needed, especially to cover unexpected call-outs
- A valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance
- Must have (or be able to obtain) a Food Safety Certification
- Minimum age requirement: 21+ years old
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
