Job Summary
Directly engage with customers on sales, service, and adjustments while supervising technicians and service advisors on scheduling, assignments, and performance evaluations. Coach teammates on operational issues, manage parts inventory and outside purchases, and ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and equipment maintenance. Maintain proper shop inspections and uphold company safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Requires minimum two years of experience in a Service Advisor role, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of OSHA laws.
