Job Summary
Directly work with customers on sales, service, and adjustments while supervising technicians and service advisors, planning their duties, and assigning work. Coach teammates on operational issues, evaluate performance and productivity, and manage parts inventory and outside purchases. Ensure store safety, maintain equipment layout, and verify proper inspections are conducted. Create a highly motivated team environment by developing members and executing store processes to support industry-leading customer experiences. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Service Advisor role preferred. Compensation is $60,000 plus 10% of operating profit. Desired Qualifications
