Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for leading the service department in a multi-store automotive company, coaching technicians and service advisors, managing parts inventory and shop safety, developing a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Primary duties include direct customer interaction, supervising and scheduling staff, evaluating performance, maintaining equipment layout, ensuring safety compliance, and driving operational excellence to meet business objectives. Strong leadership, communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of OSHA regulations are required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred in a Service Advisor/Writer role
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Solid knowledge of basic OSHA laws
- Ability to mentor others and develop professional relationships with customers and team members
- Proven track record of exceeding business objectives
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
