Store Manager - Store 3424

Take full ownership of store operations, leading and inspiring a team of 8–15 employees across all shifts. Perform all employee duties including running registers, stocking, upselling, cleaning, and maintaining fuel pumps while coaching staff to deliver excellent service. Manage inventory, vendor orders, and banking deposits, controlling expenses and labor hours to achieve sales goals. Recruit, hire, and train new team members, executing company programs and marketing initiatives. Be available for any shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to cross-train and manage deli or QSR operations. Complete Topshelf Manager Training and obtain Food Safety Certification. This hourly role requires a minimum of 52 hours per week and offers a competitive salary with performance-based bonuses, weekly pay, and a $1500 sign-on bonus.
