Job Summary
Rent storage units, explain pricing options, and provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns. Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure cleanliness, security, and proper equipment function while performing light maintenance tasks. Process payments, collect late fees, and maintain accurate financial records and tenant information. Market storage units and related products to drive growth. Uphold company policies to ensure a safe environment for all. Full-time day shift with weekends required. Reports to District Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- US work authorization
- Must consent to pre-employment background check
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be adaptable
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to prioritize
- Must be able to thrive in a varying-paced environment
- Must have the ability to create relationships/rapport with tenants
- Must be able to work with a diverse array of people and customers
- Weekends required
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Word, Excel and Email
- A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- College degree
