Store Manager - Store 17186

Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance by leading a staff of 8–15 employees across all shifts. Perform all duties of store employees including running registers, stocking, upselling, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining the lot and fuel pumps. Recruit, hire, and train new team members while managing inventory, vendor orders, and deliveries. Handle all banking and cash deposits, requiring a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance. Coach staff to deliver excellent service and actively upsell promotions. Control expenses and labor hours while achieving sales goals, executing company programs, and stepping in to manage deli or QSR operations when necessary. Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and food safety. This hourly role requires a minimum of 50 hours per week with performance-based bonuses and weekly pay.
