Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, customer service, staff management, inventory management, and financial accountability. Develop strategies to achieve sales targets, monitor metrics, and address deviations. Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, train staff to resolve complaints, and foster long-term relationships. Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team while providing ongoing coaching. Oversee inventory levels, ensure accurate stock replenishment, and implement control procedures to minimize shrinkage. Manage the store budget, analyze financial reports, and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with policies, maintain store cleanliness, and enforce safety protocols. Build strong relationships with the local community to drive brand awareness. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of retail management experience, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar sales volume environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Manual dexterity for sewing and using sewing tools/equipment
