Job Summary
Lead a team to drive profitable sales, margin, and operational excellence across merchandise, print, marketing, and B2B services. Establish a consultative, customer-centric environment that fosters community relationships and supports small business clients. Coach managers and supervisors to deliver total solutions while holding the team accountable for flawless execution and YoY performance improvements. Manage daily store operations, including inventory analysis, financial planning, and technical services portfolio oversight. Engage with the community to strengthen networks and ensure the store culture reflects company values.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year progressively responsible store management experience in a retail environment as a General/Store Manager
- Store Operations experience with analysis, planning, financial acumen and driving results
- Experience creating a customer centric environment and working in a consultative selling environment that provides customers a total solution
- Experience developing a team in operational excellence to drive profitable YOY sales and margins
- Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to stand and walk continuously
- Ability to engage with the community and network & support small business customers
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
