Job Summary
Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including merchandising, inventory, and compliance, while driving sales targets and managing P&L statements to maximize profitability. Lead recruitment, hiring, and coaching for a high-performing team, ensuring strong retention and alignment with brand values. Deliver exceptional customer service to build loyalty and monitor key performance indicators through financial analysis and loss prevention protocols. Manage flexible schedules covering evenings, weekends, and holidays while maintaining safety standards and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail management experience
- 1-3 years of retail management experience
- At least 6 months leading a team
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve business objectives
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Experience reviewing P&L statements and key business metrics
- Experience with POS systems
- Experience with basic computer applications
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
