Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for all daily store operations and manage all aspects of the retail store by promoting and maintaining customer service, overseeing merchandising and inventory, controlling expenses, and managing human resources and security procedures. Lead recruitment, training, and development of staff, plan schedules, monitor performance, and coordinate with district managers. Manage promotions, signage, fundraising participation, cash reconciliation, and payroll-related duties while ensuring compliance with policies and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4 years of experience in a retail environment
- Advanced knowledge of Eagle Browser
- Experience operating a POS system
- Forklift certification (on the job)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage payroll budgets and fiscal responsibilities
