Store Manager - Spirit

Oversee and control the total store operation to ensure maximum sales and profitability by managing guest services and expenses. Handle shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of seasonal stores. Maintain a flexible schedule with a minimum age requirement of 21, while meeting physical demands including 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
