Store Manager - Spirit

Oversee and manage the total store operation to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services and controlling expenses. Direct staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of seasonal stores while managing shrink, merchandising, and inventory control. Maintain a flexible schedule with a minimum age requirement of 21, meeting physical demands including 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires prior retail management experience.
