Job Summary
Oversee and control the total operation of a seasonal store to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing guest services and managing expenses. Direct shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of fixtures. Maintain a flexible schedule to meet the physical demands of 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires prior retail management experience and a minimum age of 21. Hourly rate ranges from $21.90 to $22.15 with access to paid sick time, year-end bonus, and retention pay programs.
