Store Manager - Spirit

Oversee total store operations to maximize sales and profitability by establishing guest services and controlling expenses. Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, seasonal setup, pack-up, and teardown. Ensure compliance with physical demands including 8+ hours of standing, walking, ladder climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Maintain a flexible schedule with a minimum age requirement of 21. Prior retail management experience is required. Hourly rate ranges from $20.50 to $20.75, with access to Illinois Paid Leave, Year End Bonus, and premium pay programs.
