Oversee and control the total store operation to ensure maximum sales and profitability by managing Guest Services, shrink, merchandising, and inventory. Direct staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of seasonal stores while maintaining expense controls. Requires prior retail management experience, a minimum age of 21, and a flexible schedule. The role involves 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Hourly rate ranges from $19.50 to $20.50 with eligibility for Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, and Retention Pay Program.
