Store Manager - Spirit

Oversee and control the total operation of a seasonal store to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing Guest Services and managing expenses. Direct shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown operations. Maintain a flexible schedule while meeting the minimum age requirement of 21. Handle physical demands including 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required. Eligible candidates earn an hourly rate between $19.50 and $20.50 with access to Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, and Retention Pay Program.
