Store Manager - Spirit

Oversee and control the total store operation to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing guest services and managing expenses. Direct shrink reduction, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, seasonal setup, pack-up, and teardown. Maintain a flexible schedule with a minimum age requirement of 21. The role involves 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
