Oversee total store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses. Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of seasonal stores. Requires prior retail management experience, minimum age of 21, and a flexible schedule. Role involves 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Hourly rate ranges from $20.92 to $21.17 with access to New Jersey Paid Sick Time, Year End Bonus, and various pay programs.
