Store Manager - Spirit

Oversee and manage the total store operation to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services and controlling expenses. Direct shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of seasonal stores. Maintain a flexible schedule while meeting the minimum age requirement of 21. Perform physical duties including 8+ hours of standing or walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
