Store Manager - Spirit

Oversee and ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services and controlling expenses. Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Maintain a flexible schedule while meeting the minimum age requirement of 21. Handle physical demands including 8+ hours of standing or walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
