Handle shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of seasonal stores. Requires prior retail management experience, a minimum age of 21, and a flexible schedule. The role involves 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Hourly rate ranges from $19.50 to $20.50 with eligibility for Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, and Retention Pay Program.
