Oversee and manage the total store operation to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services and controlling expenses. Direct shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of seasonal store fixtures. Handle physical demands including 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Minimum age requirement is 21 with a flexible schedule; prior retail management experience is required. Hourly rate ranges from $21.90 to $22.15, with benefits including paid sick time, year-end bonus, and retention pay programs.
