Store Manager - Spirit

Oversee total store operations to maximize sales and profitability by managing guest services, controlling expenses, and handling shrink. Direct merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of seasonal stores. Maintain a flexible schedule while meeting the minimum age requirement of 21. Perform physical duties including 8+ hours of standing or walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
