Job Summary
Oversee and control the total store operation to ensure maximum sales and profitability by managing guest services, expenses, shrink, merchandising, and inventory. Direct staffing, handle seasonal setup, pack-up, and teardown, and maintain fixtures while lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires 8+ hours of standing or walking, climbing ladders, and a flexible schedule. Minimum age of 21 and prior retail management experience are required. Hourly rate ranges from $20.92 to $21.17 with access to paid sick time, year-end bonus, and retention pay programs.
