Job Summary
Oversee and manage the total store operation to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing guest services and controlling expenses. Direct shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of seasonal stores. Maintain a flexible schedule while managing physical demands including 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires prior retail management experience and minimum age of 21. Hourly rate ranges from $21.90 to $22.15 with access to paid sick time, year-end bonus, and retention pay programs.
