Store Manager - Spirit

Oversee and control the total operation of a store to ensure maximum sales and profitability by managing Guest Services, expenses, shrink, merchandising, and inventory. Handle staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of seasonal stores while maintaining strict adherence to physical demands including 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required, with a minimum age of 21 and a flexible schedule. Hourly rate ranges from $19.50 - $20.50 per hour, with benefits including Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, and Retention Pay Program.
