Store Manager - Spirit

Oversee and manage the total store operation to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services and controlling expenses. Direct efforts to manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of seasonal stores. Requires prior retail management experience, a minimum age of 21, and a flexible schedule. The role involves 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Hourly rate ranges from $20.50 to $20.75 with eligibility for Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, and Retention Pay Program.
