Store Manager - Spirit

Oversee and control the total operation of a seasonal store to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing Guest Services and managing expenses. Direct shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal location. Maintain a flexible schedule while meeting the minimum age requirement of 21. This role requires prior retail management experience and involves physical demands including 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
