Store Manager - Spirit

Oversee and manage the total store operation to maximize sales and profitability by establishing guest services and controlling expenses. Direct shrink management, merchandising, and inventory control while handling staffing, seasonal setup, pack-up, and teardown. Maintain a flexible schedule to meet the 8+ hours of standing, walking, and physical demands including climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Minimum age requirement is 21. Prior retail management experience is required.
