Store Manager - Spirit

Oversee and control the total operation of a seasonal store to ensure maximum sales and profitability by managing Guest Services, shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown. Establish and maintain operational standards while handling physical demands including 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required, with a minimum age of 21 and a flexible schedule. Hourly rate ranges from $20.50 to $20.75, with access to Colorado Paid Sick Time, Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, and Retention Pay Program. Applications are accepted until 11/23/26.
