Job Summary
Oversee and manage the total store operation to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services and controlling expenses. Direct shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of seasonal stores. Maintain a flexible schedule to meet 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required. Minimum age is 21. Hourly rate ranges from $19.50 - $20.50 per hour with year-end bonus, tear down premium pay, and retention pay programs.
