Job Summary
Oversee and control the total store operation to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing Guest Services and managing expenses. Direct shrink reduction, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of seasonal stores. Maintain a flexible schedule while meeting the minimum age requirement of 21. Perform physical duties including 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required. Hourly rate ranges from $20.50 to $20.75 with access to Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, and Retention Pay Program.
