Store Manager - Spirit

Oversee and control the total operation of a store to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and managing expenses. Handle shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Maintain a flexible schedule while meeting the minimum age requirement of 21. The role involves 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
