Store Manager - Spirit

Store Manager oversees the total operation of a Spirit seasonal store to maximize sales and profitability by delivering strong Guest Services and controlling expenses. Responsibilities include shrink reduction, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup and teardown of the seasonal store, and ensuring operations run smoothly. Must be at least 21 years old, have a flexible schedule, and perform physical duties including 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
