Store Manager - Spirit

Oversee the total operation of a seasonal Spirit store to maximize sales and profitability, establishing and maintaining Guest Services while controlling expenses. Accountable for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, and teardown of the seasonal store. Requires prior retail management experience, a minimum age of 21, and a flexible schedule. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
