Job Summary
Store Manager overseeing the total operation of a seasonal store to drive maximum sales and profitability by establishing Guest Services and controlling expenses. Responsibilities include shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. Flexible schedule and 8+ hours of standing/walking with the need to climb ladders and lift/move up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
