Job Summary
Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a seasonal store to maximize sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses. The role handles shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. Requires prior retail management experience, a minimum age of 21, and a flexible schedule. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
