Job Summary
Drive sales and profitability as Store Manager for a seasonal Spirit store. Oversee total store operations, guest services, expense control, shrink reduction, merchandising, inventory management, staffing, and the setup/teardown of the seasonal location. Requires leading a team, establishing processes, and ensuring strong customer service. Must meet a minimum age of 21 and maintain a flexible schedule. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
