Store Manager oversees total store operation, driving maximum sales and profitability through Guest Services, controlling expenses, shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup/teardown of a seasonal store. Requires prior retail management experience, minimum age 21, flexible schedule, ability to stand/walk 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. Seasonal/temporary role with hourly pay of $19.50-$20.50. Benefits include Year End Bonus and pay programs subject to qualifications.
