Store Manager - Spirit

Store Manager oversees total operation of a seasonal Spirit store to maximize sales and profitability, establishes and maintains Guest Services, controls expenses, and manages shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, setup and teardown of the seasonal space. Requires minimum age 21, flexible schedule, and the physical demands of standing 8+ hours, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
