Job Summary
Manage retail operations at the Whitemud Meadows salon by analyzing systems, booking guest appointments, and maintaining strict merchandising and cleanliness standards. Coach the sales team to meet targets while overseeing inventory, product ordering, pricing, and budget monitoring. Handle payroll management, scheduling, and cost of goods calculations to ensure on-time delivery. Provide a welcoming environment for guests and beauty consultants, leveraging encyclopedic product knowledge to support daily sales efforts.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a retail leadership role
- Knowledge of computer systems like Point of Sales, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Gmail
- Superior time management skills
- Excellent people and communication skills
