Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for leading day-to-day store operations in a youth fashion retail environment. Drive sales and profitability through effective roster planning, budgets, visual merchandising, and staff development. Coach and develop a large team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, uphold brand values, and maintain store presentation and standards. Role requires strong leadership, strategic scheduling, and communication to motivate staff and meet payroll and business targets.
