Job Summary
STORE MANAGER responsible for leading Note!'s Portimão store: manage and motivate the team from recruitment and training to ongoing development; drive a customer-focused shopping experience and uphold the store’s identity through strategic merchandising and promotions; monitor sales, inventory, and customer satisfaction KPIs and implement plans to optimize results; ensure compliance with company processes, hygiene and safety standards, and foster an organized, collaborative environment aligned with Note! values.
Required Qualifications
- Higher Education (preferable) in Management, Marketing or related fields
- Management experience in retail
- Leadership and communication skills
- Affinity for bookstores, stationery and gifts
- Experience in store operations, merchandising, and KPI tracking
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management or related fields
- Experience in management positions within retail
- Affinity for bookstore, stationery, and gift areas
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict management skills
- Experience in training and developing teams
- Knowledge of visual merchandising strategies
