Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for driving customer experience, talent management, financial objectives, operational controls, asset protection, safety, and merchandise presentation. Recruits, attracts, selects, hires, retains, and develops talent; proactively fills positions and builds internal bench strength. Partners with Design and Merchandising to develop seasonal looks and leads merchandising activities to sustain healthy product turnover and gross margin. Ensures compliance with company policies and applicable laws; coaches selling behaviors to align with Brand expectations; supports in-store events and initiatives. Analyzes reporting to identify opportunities and creates strategies to elevate customer experience and store performance; leads execution of visual merchandising updates and maintains Brand visual standards. Articulates brand positioning and educates associates on lifestyle concepts and product knowledge. Manages controllable expenses through scheduling and financial discipline; understands current market trends and translates Brand interpretations into customer interactions. Represents Brand by adhering to dress code and leads the team with a focus on productivity and peak scheduling while maintaining operational compliance and safety. Values individuality and fosters an inclusive working environment; demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain store staff with strong verbal and written communication skills.
