Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including scheduling, customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory, financial reporting, and safety. Manages and develops store employees and creates business strategies to meet goals and increase sales in a competitive marketplace, growing market share by serving large commercial clients (e.g., paint contractors) as well as retail customers. Typical schedule is 48 hours/week (evenings/weekends) with eligibility for performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits including health, FSA, disability, retirement, and generous time-off. Requires interaction with customers and handling access to cash and sensitive information, with criminal history review to protect customers and operations.
