Job Summary
Lead store operations and drive profitable sales growth by managing inventory, labour, and multi-level performance metrics. Monitor sales and profitability data to set achievable goals and maintain a positive in-store experience that upholds the Good Guys brand. Coach and develop team members through systematic feedback while ensuring exceptional customer service across all store activities. You will operate within a fast-paced environment, applying strong commercial acumen to navigate challenges and deliver consistent results. Required Qualifications
- at least 2 years' experience of leading multi-site or big box stores
- deep understanding of store operations
- proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth
- strong commercial acumen
- head for numbers
- ability to monitor and manage multiple levels of performance including sales and profitability, inventory and labour
- confidence and cool-headed under pressure
- perseverance in the face of inevitable setbacks
- comfort with ambiguity
- ability to plan and set achievable goals
- ability to ensure a positive experience for customers
- personal accountability for the in-store experience and upholding the Good Guys brand to the highest standard
