Job Summary
Conduct all store operations including sales, office, and shop areas while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Maximize sales growth through customer service, floor direction, and peer coaching. Train and develop staff by recruiting, hiring, and managing performance, including appraisals and disciplinary actions. Supervise the visual merchandiser and manage opening/closing shifts on a rotating basis. Coordinate team meetings and maintain property appearance and safety protocols. Handle escalated customer and team interactions while fostering a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing, leading, developing, training, and/ or supervising others
- Evening and weekend availability
- Direct knowledge of selling techniques and practices
- demonstrated skill in presenting features and benefits of unique products
- Experience providing a high level of customer service
- Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from customer or team interactions
- Excellence in written and spoken English
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
