Job Summary

Drive store sales performance by setting targets, analyzing KPI data to identify trends, and creating action plans to enhance productivity. Lead the store team in delivering exceptional client experiences through bespoke engagement strategies, while overseeing client data acquisition and database management. Manage daily operations including cycle counts, stock takes, product receiving, and ensuring full compliance with operational guidelines and display standards. Collaborate with headquarters on merchandizing, CRM, and inventory levels to optimize stock availability and inform buying decisions. Serve as the primary liaison between the store and internal functions to implement corporate strategies and align with brand objectives.

  • ability to ensure the store operates in full compliance with all operational guidelines
  • ability to oversee the execution of key operational and administrative tasks such as cycle counts, stock takes, product receiving, and documentation management
  • ability to leverage company tools and systems (Smart XP, MY-V XP, PRISM, SAP, Training App, After Sales App, etc.)
  • ability to train and support the store team in the effective use of these tools
