Job Summary
Conduct store operations, recruiting, management, training, and sales functions to ensure productivity and policy compliance. Utilize a proven sales process to discover customer sleep needs, lead product selections, and build relationships while providing timely follow-up and employee coaching. Proactively communicate product features, benefits, and promotional information to drive local market awareness and store traffic. Hold self and team accountable for exceeding sales goals and becoming trusted Sleep Experts. Work flexible retail hours including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven sales management or team leadership experience
- track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Prior success recruiting, training, engaging and retaining top talent
- Adept at using technology required for store operations (e.g., POS systems) and sales presentations (e.g., interactive demonstrations, iPad)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- able to demonstrate English language proficiency
- Minimum H.S. diploma or equivalent
